Documentary series "They changed Estonia" / "Nad muutsid Eestis"

Episode "Läbi raske äri"

Three women started their businesses at the age of 25, although each in a different decade. Today they tell their stories. Despite prejudice and economic difficulties, they have ingeniously built strong and functioning companies that employ Estonian people and pay taxes to the Estonian state.

This show highlights inspiring stories of people who have made significant contributions to Estonian society through their achievements and endeavors. Mariliis, the founder and designer of Marimo, was invited to this panel together with two other female entrepreneurs, Eva Pedjak and Leida Kikka. They discussed a variety of topics, from the challenges of being a leader and handling stress to maintaining consistency and managing our 5AM morning routines as entrepreneurs with children.

"It was a chance not only to share my story and passion for helping women but also to highlight the importance and impact of women in entrepreneurship in Estonia. Thank you again to Levila for inviting me! I hope this episode will inspire and motivate viewers, showing that each of us can change the world around us by following our passions and being dedicated." - Mariliis
