Marimo is a slow fashion luxury brand founded in Estonia in 2010. We are known for timeless design, exceptional craftsmanship, and a personal approach to each client.
Our offering includes ready-to-wear, bespoke, and made-to-measure garments, plus capsule wardrobe sets, styling services, and workshops—online and in person. We solve the “closet full, nothing to wear” dilemma by creating timeless, versatile pieces that feel luxurious, fit beautifully, and last a long time.

Marimo is designed by founder Mariliis Pikkar and brought to life by skilled tailors in our Tallinn atelier. Each collection builds on the previous, helping clients create a cohesive, timeless wardrobe that grows with them. We launch two main collections per year, with smaller releases in between.

Mariliis: “Having my own high-end fashion brand to help women worldwide look and feel beautiful and confident every day has been one of my biggest dreams since high school. I started to sew clothes for my sister’s dolls at the age of 6. I didn’t like to play with them, but I enjoyed making clothes for them."
"While being around 10-11 years old, my mom said that it’s time to try to sew for myself as well – I really liked it and I have made all my own clothes since then. In high school, I started to sew for my friends and during the university studies I made custom-made pieces for more and more women.”
“As my mom was a professional tailor, she taught me that all garments must be made immaculately. I later earned my master’s degree in Textile and Garment Industry Technology from the renowned TalTech University in Tallinn. During the recession in 2009 I decided to make my dream a reality and founded Marimo Fashion in 2010. I started alone but we have grown into a team of 8 people plus advisors for now.”
